Body and Soul

 

An existentialist investigation of being; purity and simplicity of line capturing the essence and energy of the body. Using a simple monoprint technique to produce ink drawings, this method of working allows for an exciting quality of line, the paper randomly picking up ink depending on applied pressure occasionally showing a ghost image from a previous drawing.
